My career has two chapters. I spent the first half figuring out what questions to ask: running national surveys, managing $2M research projects, and winning an international research award. I spent the second half figuring out how to answer them at scale: building cloud data platforms, automating pipelines, and deploying AI tools that people actually use.
The combination means I don’t just build the system. I build the right system.
My career has been a deliberate evolution. I spent the first half mastering the “Why” (Research & Strategy), and the second half mastering the “How” (Data Engineering & Architecture). Most people do one or the other. I do both and it means I see the whole picture, not just my corner of it.
I now build the engines of automated innovation. This era is defined by transforming manual workflows into secure, government-grade systems and engineering the infrastructure that turns raw data into reliable assets.
Managing $2M+ research projects and leading the impact evaluation for Singapore’s largest social service fund ($580M). This was where I learned how to manage stakeholders, define business value, and tell stories with data.
